Before subscribing to this application's membership service, please carefully read and fully understand all the contents of this agreement , paying particular attention to the liability limitation and disclaimer clauses marked in bold. When you complete the "agree" operation as instructed by the application and successfully activate the membership service, it will be deemed that you have fully understood and accepted all the provisions of this agreement, and this agreement will constitute a legally binding contractual relationship between you and this application.
Tikoo member refers to a user who has completed the membership purchase process, abided by the terms of this agreement, and legally enjoys the membership services provided by this application during the membership validity period.
Tikoo Membership is a paid value-added service; you will need to pay an additional fee to access it. The service includes a collection of exclusive member benefits. For details regarding specific benefits, usage rules, and restrictions, please refer to the "Membership Subscription Benefits Details" section of this agreement.
The Membership Service Rules include all currently published content, as well as any supplementary regulations issued periodically, in formats including but not limited to Membership Service Agreements, Important Notices, FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions), and details of promotional activities. The aforementioned content shall take effect upon publication and automatically become an integral part of this Agreement.
Due to objective factors such as changes in the business environment, revisions to laws and regulations, and policy adjustments, this application and its affiliates reserve the right to revise this agreement. Without your explicit consent, we will not unilaterally reduce or diminish your legal rights under this agreement . After the agreement is updated, you will be notified through official channels such as site messages, application pop-ups, and announcements to ensure you are promptly informed of the latest terms.

This application will launch a variety of promotional activities for users at different stages (including those who have activated their membership and those who have not) based on operational needs, including but not limited to service period extensions, benefit upgrades, and price reductions.
The specific details of all promotional activities (discount amount, applicable conditions, validity period, etc.) are subject to the information published on the official service page of this application; users whose identity and usage status meet the conditions of the activity are entitled to the corresponding preferential rights in accordance with the law.
This application reserves the right to adjust or modify member subscription benefits and related content based on actual circumstances. All changes will be announced within the application and members will be notified before they take effect. You can check the latest benefits information within the application at any time; if you have any objections to the changes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and this application will provide a reasonable solution.
Tikoo membership uses a subscription-based payment model. You need to complete the payment through the built-in purchase system on the iOS platform to unlock all premium features.
This application reserves the right to finalize membership service pricing. Pricing will be independently determined based on factors such as operating costs and marketing strategies (including promotions and price adjustments). Specific prices are subject to the real-time display on the product page and payment page. In the event of price or payment method changes, renewals or purchases will be subject to the actual price published on the platform at that time (unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties). Please carefully review the price notification before renewing.
Tikoo memberships are virtual goods sold online, operating on a prepayment, service-later model. The membership fee is the price for the corresponding period of service and does not have the attributes of prepayment, deposit, or down payment. Once a user completes the membership purchase, the service is considered to have taken effect. Virtual services, once sold, cannot be refunded or exchanged arbitrarily except in special compliant scenarios. In special circumstances requiring a refund or exchange, an application must be made according to the refund rules of the corresponding payment channel.
I. Apple Pay
Refund Policy
For orders placed through Apple's in-app purchases, users need to submit a refund request through official Apple channels. The specific refund steps are as follows:
1. Log in to the official website reportaproblem.apple.com
2. Click "I need" and then select "Request a refund".
3. The mobile page will redirect to the "Feedback" page. After selecting "Request a Refund", check the corresponding reason for the refund.
4. After selecting the reason for the refund, click "Next".
5. Select the corresponding app, membership subscription, or other purchase item, and submit a refund request. If you no longer need the subscription service, you can also cancel the automatic subscription.
Friendly reminder: The latest processing progress of your refund application will be updated within 24 to 48 hours; even if Apple approves your refund application, it may still take some time for the funds to be returned to your payment account, please be patient.
II. Other
Payment and Refund Rules
through other payment channels can submit a refund request through the "Settings - Feedback" entry within the app. After the platform approves the request, the refund will be processed in legal tender, and unless otherwise agreed by both parties, the refund funds will be returned to the user's original payment channel.
III. Refund
Fees and Special Refund Mechanisms
Because other payment platforms may charge corresponding refund processing fees, the platform has the right to deduct 10% of the total refund amount as a refund processing fee. If a refund cannot be issued via the original payment method due to payment channel failure, channel closure, or other special reasons, the user can provide valid account information and payment vouchers to contact the platform's customer service to negotiate and confirm other refund methods. The platform will then verify and process the refund.
This application offers various subscription periods, including 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year, which you can choose according to your needs.
1. Automatic renewal is valid indefinitely until you actively unsubscribe; unsubscribing requires going through the App Store subscription management (see 3.6 Automatic Renewal Unsubscription Path for details).
2. The system will automatically deduct payment one day before the membership expires. If the iOS account balance is insufficient at the time of the first deduction, a second deduction will be initiated on the same day. If both deductions fail, the membership will be suspended. You will be solely responsible for any risks and losses incurred due to insufficient account balance resulting in failed renewals.
3. Automatic renewal is designed to provide convenience for members and avoid service interruptions due to negligence. Once activated, this application will initiate the deduction of the next period's fee before the current subscription period expires, according to the iOS deduction rules, without the need to repeatedly verify account passwords, payment passwords, or SMS verification codes.
4. The automatic renewal deduction date is one day before the current period expires (Example: If you subscribe to a monthly service on May 11, the deduction date for the next period is June 10; for a weekly service, the deduction date is May 17; for a quarterly service, the deduction date is August 10; and for an annual service, the deduction date is May 10 of the following year). After successful deduction, the corresponding period of membership service will be activated for you.
5. The membership fee you pay for this billing cycle will be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon at the time of activation; if there are any promotions in this application or other agreements between the parties, the relevant agreements shall apply; if you unsubscribe and then reactivate, the fee will be based on the automatic renewal price agreed upon at the time of reactivation.
Open iPhone "Settings" → Go to "iTunes Store & App Store" → Tap "Apple ID" → Select "View Apple ID" → Go to "Account Settings" → Tap "Subscriptions" → Select " Tikoo " → Unsubscribe.
You are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the membership services:
1. Sublicense to others to use membership services (including transfer, gifting, lending, renting, or selling membership accounts or rights);
2. Issuing, developing, transferring, selling, displaying, disseminating, adapting, or creating derivative works of member-exclusive functions and services, or using them for commercial purposes;
3. Cracking, altering, reversing, or tampering with the security measures for member services, or engaging in other acts that undermine such technical measures;
4. Using technical means to tamper with information such as service content, membership period, fee amount, and transaction status to illegally obtain membership rights;
5. Obtaining membership services through illegal or improper means or by exploiting loopholes, or engaging in malicious refunds.
6. Other acts that violate this application's "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy";
If you violate these guidelines and/or the application's "User Agreement" and "Privacy Policy," the application has the right to take all or part of the following measures, without prior notice, based on its own judgment and in accordance with legal and policy requirements:
1. The service may be suspended or terminated (including restrictions or freezes on membership privileges); you will be solely responsible for the consequences of the service being unavailable, and membership fees already paid will not be refunded.
2. We will transfer relevant clues to administrative law enforcement agencies or judicial authorities to pursue your legal responsibility; if your breach of contract causes losses to third parties (including this platform and its affiliates), you shall bear the liability for compensation independently.
This application reserves the right to update the terms of this agreement from time to time. If you continue to use Tikoo services after the agreement is updated, it will be deemed that you have accepted all changes; if you do not agree to the updated content, please stop using the relevant services and uninstall the application immediately.
This application reserves the right to adjust service content or discontinue service at any time without prior notice. If any inconvenience, disruption, or damage is caused by service changes or discontinuation, this application shall only be liable to the extent of fault as required by laws and regulations.
If you disagree with the modified rules of this application, or are dissatisfied with the membership service, you may voluntarily suspend or terminate the membership service. Specific methods include, but are not limited to, failing to renew your membership upon expiration or voluntarily unsubscribing.
Tikoo Membership services are the intellectual property of this application, its licensor, or its affiliates, and are exclusively owned by the application. Granting you this license does not imply any transfer or assignment of intellectual property rights.
The materials you obtain through the membership service may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes (including entertainment, learning, research, and appreciation); without the written authorization of this application, they may not be used for any commercial purposes.
1. The interpretation and validity of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Mainland of the People's Republic of China and the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region .
2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to the People's Court with jurisdiction in the defendant's domicile for resolution.

" Tikoo ": refers to the application software jointly developed and operated by the application developer ( Cheng Shuqi ) and its affiliates, including mobile applications, official websites, and supporting technical services. Pursuant to this agreement, this application grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this software and related technical services.
2. Contact Information: If you have any questions about this agreement, cannot agree to any or all of the terms, or have any suggestions, complaints, or reports, please contact us at zoinghaz@163.com . We will answer and handle your questions as soon as possible.
3. Account Requirements: Before using the membership service, you must complete account registration and login, and agree to abide by the "User Agreement" and all applicable rules published by the platform; during use, you should also comply with relevant laws and regulations and platform rules to ensure that your usage is legal and compliant.
4. Age and Data Authorization: You must meet the age requirements for use as stipulated by applicable law and agree that this application may collect and use your data in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are a minor but have exceeded the legal minimum age for personal data collection (e.g., 14 years old in mainland China), your parents or guardians must carefully read and agree to all terms of this agreement, the Privacy Policy, etc., and your parents or guardians shall bear corresponding legal responsibility for your use of the application.
